Installation Coordinator

3+ Month Contract
Pay Range: 17 - 20/hr, W 2
This is a onsite role.
Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians for service and install as needed to maximize tech productivity.
Responsible for creating work orders, providing status to customers and following up with techs.
Confirm work orders are being read and process accordingly if it needs parts ordered or completed.
Maintain appointment schedules work closely with the materials coordinator for status on parts or any issues. Ensure Job Status & comments are up to date.
Complete daily reports
Assist in coordinating activities such as scheduling lifts, customer notification and equipment procurement. Creating PO s.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians.
Other duties as assigned, helping with collection emails, Special billing requests, working backlogs, reviewing MMB Queues, Actions, approvals, Return to Branch requests and resolutions.
Qualifications
1-2 yrs of experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and customer service skills.
