Pay Rate
$45,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience.

Other Incentives
$35 daily per diem
$125 per night hotel allowance
Company-provided vehicle
Schedule and Hours
Project based: Monday through Saturday (off on Sundays)
3 weeks on the road followed by one week of paid time off
Installation Field Technicians Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel across the U.S. with dynamic teams, tackling multiple job sites for extended.
- Install a variety of commercial equipment like soda fountains, ovens, slushy machines, beer coolers, and more.
- Keep your service vehicle in top shape maintaining tools and inventory, ensuring everything is organized and ready to for the next project.
- Maintain and fine-tune equipment to perfection, ensuring it's running smoothly while keeping supplies fully stocked and tools easily accessible.
- Work in full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, making sure every installation is a success.
Installation Field Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 100% travel for extended periods.
- Strong appliance installation, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience needed.
- EPA universal certification required.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule and own hand tools required.
- Drug screening, background check, and driving record search at hire.
