About the Job
The purpose of the Installer is to execute the installation, replacement, or repair of gutters, gutter guard, fascia, soffit, roof repair, siding, or other approved skill required at each assigned job site. The Installer is also responsible for cleaning up the job site to the satisfaction of the customer and his or her immediate supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Properly administrate/execute for himself or herself: time and attendance, policy adherence, assigned production, and with clear communication
- Maintain clean workspaces to include: job sites, truck/trailer, and warehouse spaces
- Real time inventory management of equipment, tools, and materials used for jobs
- Safety coaching co-workers, adding to creation of effort and improvement goals for crew/team

WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position entails physical demands, considerable time is spent in the field operating equipment and performing manual labor, required to travel to remote sites.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent – preferred.
- 1-3 years of construction or other related experience.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in spoken and written English. Additional language is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
