We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic in-person Instructional Assistants throughout the state of Pennsylvania to support children attending cyber schools. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with students in a hands-on learning environment.

We are looking for instructional/personal care assistants in Philadelphia, PA and surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with their online coursework and provide additional explanations and support as needed.
• Assist students with navigating online learning platforms and technology.
• Facilitate a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Help students stay organized and on track with their assignments and deadlines.
• Monitor and support students during virtual classes, ensuring they understand the material and stay focused.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and cyber school staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework in education is a plus, and willing to complete 20 hours of state mandated training
• Must have or be willing to get all required clearances to work in schools in the state of Pennsylvania.  Clearances must be less than 1 year old.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of individual students.
• Reliable, organized, and punctual.
• CPR and First Aid training required
