CompHealth Locum Tenens is looking for a Summer Intern to join our CORE Learning and Development Instruction Design team. As a Summer Intern on the CORE team you will help design and develop learning programs using varied training modalities for the sales and business partner teams.
CHG's internship program is designed to enhance student's learning and growth, while providing an opportunity to meet educational curriculum requirements. Students will work on projects that allow them to think critically, create measurable goals and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Create e - Learnings, interactive infographics, and micro learnings using a variety of tools ( e.g. Articulate 360, Audacity, Camtasia, and the Microsoft or Adobe suite of tools etc.)
- Create learning content for both existing and new curricula or programs, partnering with other Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed
- Create classroom training and interactive remote trainings using ZOOM, MS Teams, Webinar tools, etc.
- Create training assessment tools such as class activities, quizzes, tests, focus groups questions, and role plays
Qualifications
- K nowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively use e-learning authoring tools such as, but not limited to: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and/or Camtasia
- Basic visual design skill using, but not limited to, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and manage stakeholders
- Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a College or University or are/will be a recent 202 4 graduate
- Can provide a list of learning objectives and internship agreement for your program
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $20.00/hour.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
