Location: Hybrid (Remote except for periodic onsite meetings)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Rate: $40-$45 per hour. 1099.

Our client has an immediate need for an instructional designer/eLearning developer for a long-term contract position. In this role, you’ll convert existing instructor-led courses into engaging and accessible-from-anywhere learning programs. You’ll also develop new training content that supports our client’s organizational learning objectives.

This is an excellent, long-term contract opportunity to work with a fast-growing property management company. This contract may be extended.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of instructional design experience, creating content for elearning and instructor-led training modules.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and systems.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or other eLearning development tools.
- Experience with MS Office (Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe CS or other graphic design packages.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with staff of all levels.
- Degree in Journalism, Professional Communication, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Willingness to take an instructional design assessment.
- Ability to travel to Philadelphia, PA, periodically.
