Instructional Designer - Insight Global

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our cybersecurity organization, supporting the training and awareness team for our telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and instructional design, with a focus on cybersecurity, data policy, privacy, and legal fields. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical documents and policies into clear, comprehensible content. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in English, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 5-7 years of experience as a technical writer or instructional designer. Proven experience writing technical documents or training materials for cybersecurity, data policy, privacy, legal, or related fields. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Articulate Storyline for at least 2 years. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
