What will you provide?
Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Development, the Instructional Designer builds, develops, and implements key learning programs across all Aspirion service lines. This role enhances existing training and creates new learning interventions to support teammate education and organizational growth. As a key member of the Learning & Development team, the Instructional Designer drives impactful learning initiatives that align with Aspirion's strategic goals.

- Provide world class instructional design skills to support design and development of customer-specific learning programs and technology implementations
- Work directly with process and system SMEs to identify learning objectives and translate into learning content that support learning needs
- Develop course outlines and design documents; create scripts and storyboards for various delivery methods for our organizations
- Independently lead design and development projects including regular meetings with all stakeholders and consistent communication of status and implementation updates
- Proactively recommend continuous improvement changes within existing learning programs that support Aspirion’s KPIs and business initiatives
- Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) partners to support Department deliverables and KPIs
- Present course design and materials to all stakeholder levels and incorporates feedback
- Validate, deliver, and evaluate the final training program and/or job performance product
- Ensure that the courses meet documented learning objectives and make necessary adjustments
- Design and develop learning effectiveness measures for service line training programs
- Recommend appropriate learning strategies based on business priorities, department objectives, and learner needs
- Facilitate Learning Intake process to uncover organizational training needs and develop learning proposals
- Demonstrated advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting virtual/online ILT programs via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, work to tight timeframes and achieve exceptional outcomes
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, along with strong written communication acumen to varying leadership levels
- Proven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders
- Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage and prioritize concurrent learning projects
- Self-motivated with resilient leadership skills and the proven ability to independently perform effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving remote environment
- Proficient knowledge of software needed for Instructional Design and content development (e.g., Articulate360 suite, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia, Canva, etc.)
- Experience in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), organizational process documents, system workflows, and/or how-to guides
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) functionality and administration
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in instructional design, professional writing, technical communication, or related field.
- Minimal 5-7 years’ experience in instructional design/writing required.
- Experience in learning program development and execution required. Must have a demonstrated understanding of Adult Learning Theory and how to achieve defined learning outcomes with a strong operational focus.
- Portfolio submission required that demonstrates the ability to develop effective learning materials for various audiences utilizing multiple learning modalities and andragogical strategies.
- Healthcare, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred.
- Corporate Training or Education experience preferred.

The US base pay range for this position is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered.
