- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and e-learning technologies.
- Proficiency with instructional design software and authoring tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, make data-driven decisions.
- Proven capability in developing effective training strategy.
- 3+ years working as instructional designer
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Hybrid Preferred (1-day in office/week)
