Job Title: Instructional Designer/Trainer
We're looking for someone who is passionate about instructional design and training to design programs, produce content, and facilitate courses. Our goal is to create innovative, effective, and comprehensive functional training to our global Employee Experience teams so they can provide the very best care and support to our Clients colleagues worldwide.
Responsibilities may include:
Work with global teams to determine their training content needs, creating consistency in training materials
Develop thorough resources for the training team to help scale, including but not limited to training modules, facilitator guides, scripts, and answer keys
Develop self-service resources and references for trainees and the team, including recorded (audio/video) off-the-shelf training
Develop content to be used for skill validation for various modules provided during training
Design and maintain content using approved templates and formatting
Collaborate with the extended training team, and key partners, on an effective framework to store and access all training content
Manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines
May facilitate functional training, as needed:
Provide technical training (IVR, tools and systems) to new incoming Clients' team members and contingent workforce
Leverage resources to support trainees in their journey
Communicate trainee progress to training team, providing detailed observations about strengths, opportunities or concerns
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of instructional design experience writing curriculum, as well as building and delivering training content in the tech industry for a global audience
Experience supporting a customer-facing team or role
Excellent understanding of the latest thinking in adult learning concepts and techniques
Expertise in course facilitation
Excellent multitasking, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
Familiarity with multimedia tools such as (but not limited to) HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Articulate Storyline, and Final Cut Pro
Experience authoring content for/within a Content Management System and administering a Learning Management System is a plus
Education and Experience:
BA/BS or equivalent experience. Human Resources degree is a plus
Works on problems of moderately diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factor
Exercises discretion and judgement to determine appropriate course of action
Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
