Instructional Designer
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Junior Training Content Creator** to join our team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to create engaging and effective training materials that support our organization's mission to enable learning and development across our workforce. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and publish training content for various platforms. Experience with **SAP Enable Now** or other digital adoption platforms is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and understand training requirements.
- Design and develop training materials, including digital courses, presentations, job aids, videos, and other resources, that are clear, engaging, and effective for learners.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing training content based on feedback and new information.
- Publish and update training materials within digital adoption platforms, with a focus on **SAP Enable Now** (preferred but not required).
- Work with the Training and Development team to ensure all content aligns with company standards and branding guidelines.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and learner experience.
- Assist in tracking and reporting learner engagement metrics and course completion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
- strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and organization.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly; experience with **SAP Enable Now** or other learning content management systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a passion for creating high-quality, impactful content that enhances learner engagement.
