Instructional Designer - Remote - Concorde Career Colleges, Inc.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (required); Master’s Degree (preferred)

·       Minimum of three (3) years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development

·       Knowledge of instructional design principles, theories of adult learning, and distance learning best practices

·       Strong analytical skills that lead to sound decision making

·       Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

·       Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred)

·       Organization, time management, ability to work under tight deadlines

·       Knowledge of current trends in healthcare education

·       Adaptable to change

·       Experience in multimedia design and development (e.g., video editing, graphic design) (preferred)

·       Basic HTML knowledge, proficiency with Storyline/Articulate

·       Continually monitor and apply current healthcare education trends and best practices

·       Able and willing to:

·       Communicate, think, learn, and reason

·       Use computers and computer systems to process transactions, store documents, enter data and perform assigned tasks

·       Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations

·       Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility

·       Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously

• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.

• This position is remote; Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.

• Travel Requirements: Overnight or local up to 10%

 **Compensation for this role is between $65k-75k/year**
