JOB TITLE: Instructional Designer V
LOCATION: 100% Remote, EST
DURATION: 2 months with likely extension/conversion
PAY RANGE: $49-$59/hr
TOP 3 SKILLS:

• Fluency in Adobe Premier and After Effects
• Experience using Instructional Design authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Job Description
We're looking for someone to join our Instructional Design team who is creative with a passion for developing interactive and engaging eLearning experiences.
Our team develops and maintains a world-class leadership and soft skills onboarding program for new hires.
We are looking for support in enhancing our existing content as well as building out new supplemental training products.

You must be able to:

• Collaborate effectively within the team and with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.
• Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing content to identify the most appropriate content enhancements to support the audience and learning objectives.
• Design and develop content using Instructional Design best practices that engage learners with the content through interactivity and gamification.
• Create engaging and valid learner evaluation tools that prove successful knowledge transfer.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Be open to feedback throughout the design process to ensure that deliverables meet the team's high bar.

Experience and competencies that are required include:

• Fluency in Adobe Premier and After Effects
• Experience using Instructional Design authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Knowledge and application of instructional theories, adult learning, and knowledge management theories
• Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications, HTML and Photoshop
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
• They will be organized, creative, and a problem solver with a passion for helping people learn and feel connected to company culture.
• They will preferably have 5+ years of relevant experience.
