Instructional Designer at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking an Instructional Designer for a Contract job with a client in Westminster, CO (Hybrid). You will update, build, and publish e-learning courses while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content meets high standards and is ADA compliant.

 

Rate Range: $46.91/hour to $51.91/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Instructional Designer job responsibilities include:

• Developing engaging and interactive e-learning content, including modules, job aids, videos, and assessments, to support training initiatives and certification courses.

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to update and enhance course materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.

• Managing project timelines and resources using project management tools like Asana to oversee the design, development, and deployment of training materials.

• Ensuring all training content adheres to ADA compliance standards and adult learning best practices, while regularly auditing materials for effectiveness.

• Uploading and organizing content in the learning management system (LMS), performing quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth learner access and experience.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in instructional design or a similar role, with experience supporting multiple projects.

• Proficiency in building e-learning content and familiarity with the Docebo platform.

• Strong attention to detail and proven experience in using project management tools such as Asana.

Pay Details: $46.91 to $56.91 per hour
