Insurance Account Manager - Primary Location

Actsphere Insurance Group is seeking a conscientious, motivated, individual who enjoys working with people and helping them find the right coverages for their home and business. The Account Manager I position is for a licensed insurance professional. The individual will possess a moderate to high-level knowledge of residential and commercial insurance. Note: This is an opportunity for residents in the Houston area.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $5000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Account Manager I (AM I) will do the following:

oService and assist in the remarketing of current client policies

oLook for cross-sell opportunities when speaking with clients

oComplete Acord forms and COIs and ensure accuracy

oProcess payments

oConduct policy reviews. Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

oProcess change requests to existing policies

oAssist clients in filing claims

oRespond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame

oOther functions as assigned by management
