No prior experience in Property and Casualty insurance or possessing a license is necessary to apply for this opportunity. We are open to considering candidates from other industries who are interested in transitioning into a new career and are willing to learn.
Individuals are offered a base salary of $35,000 to $41,000 per year based on experience.
Salary Range: $33000.00 - $41000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing the needs and preferences of individuals and fostering loyalty and trust.
- Make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and issue insurance documentation.
- Gather and enter information on insurance premiums into the computer to provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Continue to recognize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate client records, addressing policy modifications promptly, facilitating secure payment transactions, and providing necessary documents for insurance coverage.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to queries and promptly addressing and resolving problems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Associate degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS
- 1+ years experience working in an office environment. Previous administrative assistant, receptionist, call center, or any related phone work
- Property and Casualty License NOT Required to apply. Must be willing to get licensed within 6 months of hire
- Prior insurance experience is a BONUS! Willing to train.
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems, including typing, data entry, and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Systems (AMS) is a BONUS!
- Open-minded with the ability to practice active listening to comprehend and process information. Work effectively to ensure teamwork/productivity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Insurance License within 6 months of hire.
