We are looking for a warm personality to handle our customers like family. Must be able to multi-task in a face-paced environment and be creative in handling issues that may not seem big to you but can be very important to our customers.
Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide?exceptional customer service.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal?goals.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
- Do not need to have insurance agency or company experience but encouraged
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
