Responsibilities

Leadership Excellence: Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive agency growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue.

Client Engagement: Foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met through personalized solutions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure agency compliance with industry regulations and maintain high-quality service standards.

Team Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team.

• Proven success in insurance sales/management, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and goal achievement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
• Active 220 insurance producer license within Florida.
