Income Potential:
We offer an aggressive commission structure, industry-leading residual commissions, and several bonuses to ensure financial success while getting started. We provide marketing support, leads, and an office for you to work out of. Farmers also offer attractive incentive programs to veterans! You own your business, so upon retirement, you will have several options, whether you want to sell it or gift it tax-free to a family member. Our annual income potential, with base salary and commission, will range up to $60,000 - $90,000.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. This includes answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance is a plus, but not a necessity.
- Must be people-centric.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a positive attitude and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in peoples lives.
- Demonstrated history of reliability, ethical conduct, and dependability.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
