Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide the best possible advice to clients.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Must be dependable, timely, and reliable.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and an efficient closer.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Must be ethical and adhere to all rules and guidelines.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
