A Day in the Role:
- Helping members with benefits questions and issues
- Explaining differences between PPO and non-PPO plans to members
- Helping members with deductibles and unpaid bills
- Determining eligibility for plans and visits based off current plans
- Taking 50-100 calls in a day, walking the member through answers to their insurance questions
Requirements:
- 1+ years working with an Insurance Payer
- Experience in a call center environment
