Job Title: Environmental Claims Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage complex environmental insurance claims, including toxic torts, asbestos, and pollution.
• Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Collaborate with legal teams and external experts to assess health hazards and environmental impacts.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for claims processing and litigation support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance claims handling, particularly in environmental cases.
