Who You Are:

- A skilled relationship builder with an ability to connect with clients
What You’ll Do:
- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, email, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers
- Adapt to a hybrid work schedule, incorporating both remote and onsite work
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and a goal-oriented mindset
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Comfortable with cold calling, research, and generating new leads
