Job Title: Insurance Consultant (Potential for Full-Time)

Friendly Franchisees Corporation (FFC) and Silver Star Real Estate (SSRE) are part of a rapidly growing, privately-owned company specializing in the restaurant and real estate industries. We are seeking a determined and motivated Insurance Consultant to work with insurance carriers, ensure up-to-date policies, and provide coverage recommendations in our fast-paced, acquisitive environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, experience, and potential full-time employment.

As an Insurance Consultant, you will be incentivized with $10,000 upon the successful completion of the project. This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position with a salary of $150,000 per year based on performance. We are seeking individuals who demonstrate resilience, determination, and the ability to meet and exceed expectations in their assigned tasks.

Objectives of the Role:

·        Research policies from different insurance carriers

·        Negotiate the best deals with new or existing providers

·        Prepare reports, schedule, and attend meetings

·        Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance carriers

·        Renew or amend existing policies

·        Prevent monetary loss by acquiring appropriate coverage for company needs

·        Recommend the most suitable policies based on company needs

·        Clarify terms and conditions of policies by providing clear and concise information

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

·        Skilled negotiator with proven sales capabilities

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related field

·        Strong network and good standing relationships with lenders

·        Ability to work independently and in a team

·        Knowledgeable in insurance plans related to multifamily residential and single-family homes

·        Experience delivering executive-level results

·        Valid license to practice

·        Ability to maintain detailed computer records and advise on claims

·        Expertise in identifying current or future insurance needs
