Our client company, a leading law firm, is seeking an exceptional Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their team. As an Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and expertise on insurance matters. This includes reviewing policies, assessing claims, and advising clients on coverage issues. Your knowledge and experience will be valued as you navigate complex insurance laws and regulations to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Essential Job Functions

• Experience writing opinions formal opinions 
• Conduct thorough analysis of insurance policies and contracts
• Provide legal advice on coverage matters and claims
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Evaluate potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings

Skills Required

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance Coverage law
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

The expected compensation for this position is in the attractive range of $120-250k, depending on your experience and any portable business.
