Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Maintain meaningful and supportive communication with clients to address their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and handling claims efficiently.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to customer accounts with precision.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to help the agency improve its services and products.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or insurance sales role is essential.
Licensing: Possession of or willingness to acquire a PA Property & Casualty License.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to manage complex customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
