In-office position - Not a sales role
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $62000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Remarket renewals and run current customer policy reviews
- Issue Insurance Documentation
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Generating insurance quotes
- Provide exceptional customer service. and be outstanding at relationship building.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Cross-sell current clients
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot
- Must have the ability to multitask. and problem-solve
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
