Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to policyholders by addressing their queries, concerns, and needs with accuracy and empathy.
Claim Processing: Facilitate the claims process by assisting customers with documentation and providing updates on their claim status.
Policy Information: Educate clients on their current insurance policies and suggest modifications to better suit their individual requirements.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and any modifications to accounts.
Requirements
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or insurance are a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Technological Proficiency: Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and comfortable navigating online applications.
