Insurance Customer Service Rep- Personal Lines - Primary Location

Western Dakota Insurors has a perfect opportunity for the person looking to break into the insurance industry. We are currently looking for someone to fill our open Personal lines Account Assistant position. The candidate we are looking for should be motivated, have great communication skills and be ready to learn and grow. We prefer that you have experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Assisting Account Managers and Agents to service their book of business
• Maintaining direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
• Maintaining communication with underwriters
• Marketing of agency client to insurance companies
• Handling all policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.,

• Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license
• Post-secondary degree is preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
