We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative with previous office experience to join our dynamic team. The base salary ranges between $36,000 and $48,000, with additional opportunities for commission, bonus, and profit sharing. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Cross-sell and account round to maximize client coverage
- Process payments and update client information
- Issue insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Make policy changes as needed
- Maintain client retention by providing excellent services
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty License in Michigan (Licensing Assistance available; we pay 100% for licensing)
- Experience with an Agency Management System
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Team player with a self-starter attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone and office etiquette
