The Customer Service Representative has an important role in my agency, they are responsible for building relationships and trust with existing and new customers. I am seeking a licensed energetic professional with remarkable customer service and a positive attitude. Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for in-bound phone calls and greeting walk-in clients
• Assisting clients with claims, billing, coverages, insurance questions
• Finding opportunities for cross-sell and calling clients to discuss
• Reviewing and completing agency alerts daily
• Assisting producers with onboarding new clients and sending welcome packets
• Make out-bound calls for new business opportunities and schedule appointments
• meeting with clients to review their account and look for gaps in coverage and risks
• Responsible for lapse and cancelation ratios

• Property and Casualty License Required (non-licensed can still apply, but must willing to obtain license)
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette
• Demonstrated customer service experience
