Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide top-notch customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claim support.

Policy Processing: Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized client records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with agents and underwriters to meet client needs and provide seamless service.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process information, maintain records, and follow through on tasks.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products, services, and industry regulations (training will be provided).
