Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and claim submissions, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.Documentation: Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details using our internal systems.Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by providing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads.Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and policy benefits to help them make informed decisions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
Insurance Knowledge: A basic understanding of insurance products, services, and industry practices.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in insurance or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
