Insurance Customer Service Representative - Charla Brotherton Insurance Agency

Our agency is a boutique agency located in the up and coming River District. Minutes to downtown, culture district, and Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base. As a customer service Representative, working with current customers providing them with excellent customer service will be your #1 focus. A strong background in social media and knowledge of available technology solutions is desired. Prior personal or commercial insurance experience will be a plus. This position is a support position to our personal and commercial sales team.

Our agency has achieved several awards including MDRT, Toppers Club(Multiple Years) and Championship (Multiple Years).

Base Salary from $35,000-$50,000 based on experience.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Daily work flow will include:
• Assist customers by phone, email, text and in person as needed
• Service home and auto policies for existing clientele
• Identifying cross sale opportunities and communicating those opportunities to the sale team
• Contact existing clientele for policy reviews as needed
• Prepare data as needed for commercial renewal business and new commercial leads

• Desire to work with our team to reach monthly goals
• Passionate about helping customers with there insurance needs.
• Proactive in problem solving
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) we will cover licensing cost
