Hourly will start at $18.00/hr. Once licensed, increase in base pay. Bonuses and commission opportunities in addition to hourly.

Responsibilities

• Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations. Process payments and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
• Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and ensuring timely resolution of their claims.
• Quoting and Sales Support: Help quote new policies and provide information about coverage options to potential and existing clients.
• Documentation and Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information in our database. Maintain organized records of all interactions and transactions.
• Follow-Up: Stay on top of pending matters, following up with clients to ensure tasks are completed and theyre satisfied.
• Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they need, suggesting additional policies when appropriate.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide seamless service and support. Assist with special projects as needed.

• Must obtain a Property and Casualty license (well help you with this!).
• Must have reliable transportation to our Grover Beach, CA office.
