Insurance Customer Service Representative - Scott Bigott-Farmers Insurance Agency

The Receptionist position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates. We are high ranking Firm in business for 26 years and are highly involved in our community.

Salary Range: $25000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
