Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome and appreciated.
- Assist current State Farm customers with requests ranging from basic to complex.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exemplary service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Proactively solve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage customer records and handle daily tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- This position does require an active North Carolina Property and Casualty Producer License.
- Candidates with prior office experience (e.g., banking, healthcare administration) or retail experience, as well as recent college graduates, are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities.
