Insurance Customer Service Representative - Primary Location

We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative who will also focus on cross-selling and up-selling to meet production goals. This role requires someone who is independent, coachable, and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.

• Base Salary: $15/hour
• Commission: Achieving 27 items per month can result in approximately $1,500/month in commission

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.

• Licensing: candidate must have or obtain a Property & Casualty license before starting.
• Candidate must have previous insurance experience.
• Willing to train someone that wants to obtain their license.
• Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
• Must be coachable and trainable.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
