Responsibilities

• With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be assisting with policy changes.

• An Active NJ Property & Casualty License is not required. Licensing assistance is available.
• No experience is necessary. Must be willing to be coached and trained.
• Candidate must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30 am-5:30 pm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
• Organized with the ability to multitask.
• Tech-savvy with typing skills.
