Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Focus on service as a key strategy for client retention, including selling within the existing book of business, executing winbacks, and promoting bundling opportunities.
- Utilize eAgent software to maintain detailed notes and effectively track client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Demonstrate awareness of office dynamics, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and possess proficiency in computer applications such as Zoom and completing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply.
- Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries, tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
