The preferred candidate will have previous State Farm experience and already be licensed. However, we do offer training and resources to help you get into this industry. Your role will involve interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with their insurance policies. Salary Range: $33000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
- Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We offer licensing assistance.
- Candidate must have previous office experience.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries, tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
