Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Policy Renewals: Handle policy renewals and review coverage options to best meet customer needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide comprehensive information to customers.
Requirements
Licensing: Property and Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Prior insurance experience is preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in a customer service role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products, terminology, and processes is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and policy documentation.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with basic computer applications and software for data entry and communication.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and approach in all customer interactions.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Availability: Must be able to work onsite at our Potomac, Maryland office location.
