Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be taking payments.
• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be cross-selling and helping clients round out their accounts.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in updating client information.
• Your work ethic will be put to use in accomplishing set monthly and weekly goals.

• An Active Property & Casualty License is Required within 30 days.
• Previous Office Experience is Preferred.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
