Rob Hamann Agency Inc is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative. We have been part of the top 5 insurance agencies since we started in 1996, between our two locations. We are looking to add someone who is motivated to join the hustle and bustle of our two locations. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to ensure you are providing the best experience for your clients. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in making outbound calls to close sales of insurance products .
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be issuing insurance documentation.
- Use your savvy skills to assist clients with policy changes.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- Your positive attitude will be put to use by providing a seamless client experience and maintaining client retention.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience is Required
- An Active Missouri Property & Casualty License is Preferred, but must obtain before starting the position. Life & Health Insurance License and Insurance Experience are a bonus.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Basic computer software knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
