Insurance Customer Service Representative - Primary Location

Our Insurance office is growing and we are looking for one highly motivated, self-driven individual to bring on board as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. To be successful in this position you should be skilled at customer service, assertive and a self-starter. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will assist in the production of new accounts as well as service and retention of current accounts. Effective communication through verbal and written presentations is essential in this role that will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service for clients and support the workflow of the agency.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic service calls for designated accounts.
• Generating quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies.
• Gather the information and risk management recommendations for the renewal of designated
• accounts.
• Obtain other renewal information from insured, and completes applications for designated renewal business.
• Review existing accounts to determine if additional lines of insurance should be offered.

• Licensing: Currently have your Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to get licensed.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Career minded vision.
• Proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Works well with employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
