**Position Overview**
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Defense Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and other liability claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support in all phases of litigation.
- Engage in client communication, strategy discussions, and settlement negotiations.
- Participate in firm-sponsored training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in [State].
