1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Proven track record of successfully litigating insurance defense cases.
5. Extensive knowledge of insurance law and policies.
6. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
