Insurance Defense Attorney - Gpac

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing practice in Kentucky. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Insurance Defense and be committed to providing excellent legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in insurance defense litigation involving personal injury, property damage, and commercial liability.
• Advise insurance companies on coverage issues, including policy interpretation, exclusions, and claims handling.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients and adjusters to develop case strategies and settlement approaches.
• Manage and oversee junior associates and legal assistants as needed.
• Maintain and expand relationships with insurance industry clients and adjusters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Kentucky bar license.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
