We are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex legal matters in the Insurance Defense Litigation sector. The ideal candidate will be an Associate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience, possessing a strong passion for the legal field, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of insurance law and litigation procedures.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense litigation from inception to resolution.
- Manage a caseload involving insurance defense claims.
- Conduct extensive and complex legal research to support litigation proceedings, draft legal documents, and advise clients on their legal rights.
- Attend court proceedings and effectively argue cases.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective defense strategies.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters quickly and effectively.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes and legal precedents that may impact clients' cases.
- Provide regular updates to clients on litigation progress.
- Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Litigation Attorney, specifically in the area of Insurance Defense Litigation.
- Proven experience managing a large caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Profound knowledge of insurance law, litigation procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to handle complex legal issues and make sound judgments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
