Seeking a dynamic and highly skilled 3-5 years Insurance Defense Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling insurance defense cases, specifically in the Pittsburgh area. Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting documents and pleadings, and representing clients in court hearings and depositions. - 3-5 years’ Experience Insurance defense experience
- MUST HAVE Active PA License to practice in Pennsylvania
- Federal & State Court experience
- Litigation Counsel – Trial Attorney
- Responsible for case load - mainly in Federal Court
- Insurance defense clients representing School Districts and School Board Members, Municipalities and Council Members, Governmental Authorities and Board Members
- Ability to litigate complex cases, conduct depositions, manage discovery and trial preparation, and conduct trial work jury and non-jury
